All orders ship for $8.95 regardless of amount ordered.

International shipping rates (UK, Canada and Australia only). Large packages may be billed at actual costs. You will be contacted before billing to verify the charges if they are different than this list.

Shipping Times
Painted Letters - 20 to 25 business days (arrives in 25 to 30 business days or sooner)
Unpainted Letters - 7 to 14 business days (arrives 10 to 18 business days or sooner)

Delivery Information
- We ship orders UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We do not offer rush shipping.
- We must have your street delivery address for UPS to deliver your boxes. This includes what kind of street this is (Ave., St., Rd., etc.). Orders missing this information may be delayed up to 3 days.
- Most orders arrive within 10-18 business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the order date (or 10 to 18 business days from the date we receive payment if you are paying with a check or money order). Sometime, we do get behind a little bit and may take longer.

Returns and Refunds
We must be notified within 10 business days (not including holidays or weekends) of your order arriving of any missing or broken products or for a RMA requests. After the 7 business days, the sale is final.

Defective products replacement - if you receive a defective product from us, we will replace the defective part at our cost. If you happen to receive a package with defective or missing/broken parts, please email us immediately with your order number, product description and what is broken or missing. We will replace broken or missing products only.

Non-defective products returns - If you order incorrectly or decide you do not want the product, you can email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once we receive the returned products, we will issue a store credit only for 50% of the order subtotal. Orders returned without the RMA number or within 10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) of the RMA being issued, we will refuse the package and send it back to you.

Order Cancellations
If you must cancel your order, we will be more than happy to work you, as long as the order has not been started. As a general rule, we do not get to orders for 3 to 4 business days. If you notice an error on your order, please contact us immediately so we may fix the issue.
